Real Bread Maker Week

Real Bread Maker Week, which runs from 17 to 23 May, celebrates artificial-additive-free loaves and the local bakers who make them.
Here are three ways you can get involved:
- On your high street: look for the Real Bread Loaf Mark at a local Real Bread bakery
- In the back of your kitchen cupboard: dust off that unloved bread machine to bake real bread, or pass it on to someone who will
- At the ends of your sleeves: learn to bake yourself or teach your children how to make real bread by hand.
For more information, see the Real Bread Campaign.
Real Bread Maker Week also coincides with National Mills Weekend on 12 and 13 May, when Brixton Windmill will be open with lots of special activities. More info on this to come later.
