With exposed wooden beams and a vast central space, the picturesque Brixton Windmill centre can accommodate up to 60 in an attractive setting just metres away from London’s only working windmill.

With special rates for local not-for-profit community groups, the centre is the perfect place for classes, workshops, rehearsals and meetings.

Tables and chairs to seat 40 people, along with full use of the catering-grade kitchen, crockery and cutlery, are included in your hire.

The Centre is a safe, eco-friendly and sustainable venue with passive ventilation and doors that can open to the fresh air along the length of the building.

The Windmill is a 20 minute walk or bus ride from Brixton tube at the end of the Victoria line. During rush hour there is a train every 100 seconds, making the venue both immediately accessible and at the same time one of the most ‘away from it all’ places in central London.
