Millers go to market

On a bright sunny but rather windy Sunday earlier this month, Brixton Windmill’s volunteer millers were at Herne Hill Market promoting the windmill and selling Brixton Flour.

There was a lot of interest from local residents and they sold lots of flour. Thanks go to Blossom, Carolyn, Jeff, Rosie, Sarah and Sheila and also to the team of millers who were producing more flour at the same time back at the windmill.

Thanks also to the Herne Hill Society who generously allowed us to use their community stall at the market and to Alison who made all the arrangements.
