May Day Recycling Parade and Festival

Brixton Windmill opens for the summer season on Easter weekend.

On 7 May (bank holiday Monday) we are holding a parade from Brixton to our Festival in Windmill Gardens. The theme is recycling.

If you or your group want to design a poster, take a stall at the Festival, decorate a float, create a dragonfly or bug to decorate the railings of the park, or make a fantastic costume out of recycled materials, you are welcome to do so.

Please feel free to pass on this invitation to all your friends. We hope May Day 2012 will be a great day for Brixton Windmill and a great day for Brixton.
