Milling and baking with our volunteers

Sunday 3 September – A successful day for our volunteers 

This month we ran a milling and baking workshop for some of our volunteers. They learnt how to make sourdough loaves with former volunteer and baker @hhannington_ and had the chance to mill their own flour with our lead miller.  Under Harvey’s pro guidance all the hopeful bakers left with a loaf, dough they expertly prepped to bake at home and their own sourdough starter.
