Bookable Workshops for Spring 2024

We are excited to have three bookable events up live on our website – all of them celebrate our Brixton Windmill flour in different ways and provide hands-on experiences for adults and families. First up is our Milling and Baking Day on Sunday 25 February – this is a unique chance to work with our milling team inside Brixton Windmill to produce flour and to have an artisan bread making workshop with Harvey (of Toad Bakery Camberwell).  This is an event unique to Brixton Windmill – there’s no where else you can do this in London. We have just a handful of tickets left for this one.  Lunch is included.

Milling & Baking Day

On Saturday 23 March, Fabio will be running an Easter Baking Class for adults. This is a full day class with a wonderful lunch included. You’ll learn to create three delicious Italian and British inspired bakes to take home.  Fabio’s classes are extremely popular – it’s a small group experience and participants come away with new recipes, delicious bakes and often new friends too.

Flavours of Christmas workshop

On Sunday 14 April we are offering a Spring family baking workshop. This is for parents with children aged from 6 to 12. It’s a chance to learn some biscuit making and decorating skills with Fabio. Participants will work together to create delicious bakes to take home. Our Halloween family baking workshop was fully booked within weeks and we hope this one will be as popular with local families too.
