Open House and Heritage Open Days Festival Weekend

We’ll be running free short drop in tours of Brixton Windmill throughout our September Open Weekend as part of two popular festivals – Open House and Heritage Open Days. These tours don’t take you all the way to the top but give an excellent introduction to the windmill and are free of charge! No booking required – just turn up on the day.
Free Creative Workshops, 2pm to 4pm
Inside Out – Exploring the design of Brixton Windmill through the creation of a collective printed collage
Get stuck in to Brixton Windmill and join in a free workshop exploring architectural elements of the windmill. Everyone is welcome to join in, whatever your age! Together we’ll produce stencils to create a collage on fabric banners to decorate Brixton Windmill Centre.
