We’re looking for a Trustee to lead on Finance

We are looking for a motivated individual with a strong commitment to supporting our aims and objectives. You do not need to be a trained accountant but should have relevant financial experience.

Key roles include:

  • Overseeing the financial affairs of the organisation
  • Ensuring proper records are kept and that effective financial procedures are in place
  • Monitoring and reporting on the financial health of the organisation
  • Overseeing the production of necessary financial reports/returns, accounts and audits
  • Being an active, collaborative member of the Board

With an annual expenditure of around £100k, several part-time employees, a cafe, a shop, and an events venue, this role offers a great opportunity to get experience of different aspects of Board-level financial management in a relatively small organisation.
