Life in Brixton at Brixton House Theatre

Thank you to Brixton House theatre for photographing two of our FoWG volunteers – Priscilla and Allen – as part of their current Life in Brixton exhibition. Photographs were taken by Myah Jeffers and feature various local community gardens and historic landmarks including Brixton Windmill and Myatt’s Fields Park. The photographs are inspired by the current production of Cinderella and explore the growth of and access to green spaces within the inner city.

Cinderella is at Brixton House Theatre until 31 December – well worth a trip! The Life in Brixton photographs are on display in the foyer area in Brixton House.
