Message from Toussainte Reba – FoWG’s new chair

“I am delighted to join the board of trustees for the Friends of Windmill Gardens and Brixton Windmill. As chair, I look forward to working with FoWG’s trustees and members, our fantastic volunteers, new staff, delivery partners and our local resident, voluntary sector, and business communities to build on Jean’s excellent work and to lead the Windmill on the next stages of its journey.

I strongly believe in the important work we are doing and I am excited to work with you all to ensure that we continue to grow and respond to our members’ and communities’ priorities as well as support FoWG’s transition to a sustainable business model.”

All members of Friends of Windmill Gardens, volunteers and anyone interested in what is going on at Brixton Windmill are invited to attend our Spring General Meeting on 20th April, 7pm at the Brixton Windmill Centre.  This is the first opportunity to meet Toussainte, who will be introducing plans for the future of  Brixton Windmill and its Friends. After the meeting there will be drinks and light refreshments.
