Tai Chi for Beginners

For people aged 50+
Drop in – no booking required.

This class for beginners is led by experienced local tai chi instructor Anna-Marie Franklin. 

Tai chi is an energising, gentle stretching exercise that helps calm and focus the mind and body and is particularly beneficial for improving balance, flexibility and coordination.
All you need is loose comfortable clothing and some water.

Participants can expect to enhance strength and vitality, and acquire a quality of calm breath awareness.

Participants are welcome to stay for a hot drink and a chat after the class.
