Tai Chi for Beginners

Drop in – no booking required.
This class for beginners is led by experienced local tai chi instructor Anna-Marie Franklin.
Participants can expect to enhance strength and vitality, and acquire a quality of calm breath awareness.
Participants are welcome to stay for a hot drink and a chat after the class.
