New – Beginners’ Tai Chi Wednesdays 10am

We are excited to be offering a new Tai Chi for Beginners session on Wednesday mornings at 10am, thanks to funding from Lambeth Council. The session is for people aged 50+ and will run weekly from 9 November.

Tai chi is an energising, gentle stretching exercise that helps calm and focus the mind and body and is particularly beneficial for improving balance, flexibility and coordination. We’ll provide refreshments after the class. Please wear loose comfortable clothes and bring a bottle of water.
