Beer & Bread Festival 2024

We are very disappointed to say that we had to make the difficult decision to take a break from the Beer and Bread Festival this year and remove it from our calendar of activities.

This decision was not taken lightly as it has been such a large part of the Windmill’s calendar and was so amazingly supported by our partners, sponsors and the community.

The success and growth of the event has added to the organisational pressures and costs and as a charity who are fiscally responsible to our members, the costs of have now exceeded the revenues and we cannot run the event at a loss.

We realise that this may come as a surprise and a disappointment but we do hope you understand our position.

We still have a full schedule of events this year with many activities, which we hope you will attend!

We plan to look this year as to how we can reconfigure this event for 2025.
