DESCRIPTION:Spring General Meeting – Wednesday 19 April, 7pm \nOver the past three years, with the support of our Friends, volunteers, local partners and staff we have got through the challenge of opening our new centre during the pandemic. We’ve come out the other side and gone from strength to strength with our enthusiasm intact as our events grow in popularity.\nPlease join us as we give an update on our priorities for 2023/24, on our volunteer programme kindly supported by the National Lottery Heritage Fund, and celebrate the Windmill and the ways in which it educates and inspires.\nIt will be a great opportunity to grab a drink, meet the team and showcase the heritage, creativity and diversity of our programmes and look forward to the next 12 months of activity.\nThe Spring General Meeting will be held at Brixton Windmill Centre on 19th April 2022 starting at 7pm.\nWe welcome all members, old and new, volunteers, and anyone interested in the organisation to have your say. The agenda will include:\n\nThe priorities of the Friends for 2023/24\n\n\nNational Lottery Heritage Fund volunteer project update\n\n\nOur events programme for the coming year\n\n\nProposed changes to our membership fees\n\n\nSaying goodbye and thank you to outgoing Trustees\n\n\nDrinks & social\n\nOnly current members ( https://www.brixtonwindmill.org/get-involved/membership/ ) of the Friends are eligible to vote at a General Meeting.
