Brixton Windmill is now open for tours. You can see the full list of open days and book a tour online on our Visit page.
We now have our own YouTube channel, where you can see other videos about Brixton Windmill.
Brixton Windmill is a tangible reminder to all Londoners of the close links that the capital had with agriculture and food production.
Our image gallery includes a collection of photos of Brixton Windmill before, during and after restoration, as well as events in Windmill Gardens
As you may know, our annual Windmill Festival and Parade, originally planned for 28 June 2015, had to be postponed due to lack of funds.
In this interview, Events Co-ordinator Magdalen Rubalcava tells Fayon Cottrell, founder and broadcaster of We Got Issuez, about the problems.
If we manage to raise £5,000 by the end of August, the Windmill Festival and Parade will go ahead on Sunday 27 September. If we don't manage to raise enough, we will have a slightly expanded harvest festival celebration (with no parade) on Sunday 20 September.
All donations gratefully received, however small!

The Friends of Windmill Gardens were formed in 2003 to raise the profile of Brixton Windmill and campaign for its restoration. Now the mill is working again, we are helping to educate visitors and improve the surrounding park.
